As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for realizing Kappahl's concept and creating a desire to buy through inspiring, changing displays. You will plan and follow up on campaign and activity displays and educate and delegate tasks to your colleagues.

You will also actively participate in daily sales, ensuring that a visit to us feels welcoming, safe, and inspiring. A place that customers want to return to. Through your knowledge of products, materials, fashion, and trends, you will influence sales efforts in customer interactions. Together with your team, you will work proactively to achieve set sales goals. Supporting your colleagues in daily tasks is an important part of the role.

The position is permanent at 30 hours/week starting April 27.

Who are you?

• Education and experience in retail communication or visual merchandising
• Social, outgoing, and loves meeting people.
• Passionate about sales and service and wants to provide customers with the best shopping experience. Loves working in a team and collaborating with others to achieve goals.
• Has great initiative and takes responsibility in your work.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in retail or service.
• You are 18 years or older.
